What is it about?
End of life choice is a act that gives people a choice to end their life if they are suffering a illness. To choice this you have to be over 18 and live in New Zealand. A lot of people disagree with this but I agree. I agree because a lot of people suffer with an illness and what to end it. But as off right now it is not a law so if a doctor or nurse gives you the medicine to end your life they with go to jail for murder.
Positives:
- Family will be there.
- The person will not suffer anymore.
- Die in peace
- The person gets to choose the time.
Negative:
- Doctor may not allowed it.
- Should be all ages.
- Parents of those under age should be the one to choose.
I do support this but I think all ages should be able to make their own decisions. But if the person is not capable of deciding then it should be the parents choice.
